Some of these workouts you can do at home. But some workouts will also require training equipment usually found in most gyms.
How do I get this workout plan?
After you complete purchase you will be routed to a download area where you can download the workouts. You will not get a physical product in the mail.
You will be downloading a ZIP file that contains 9 folders for each training program. The workouts will be in a PDF format. There are various free apps you can use to view them. Or you can simply open them on your mobile browser. The ZIP file contains more than 200 workouts and it's over 400 megabytes in size, so if you have any issues downloading from your phone, try on your laptop as well from the e-mail receipt that will be sent to you. You can also reply to this e-mail if you need help downloading your files.
