IGNITE is an 8-week muscle building plan. Both phases will contain 4 workouts per week. You will rest after 2 days of consecutive training days.
Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4)
Each training day will start with a warm up. I strongly encourage you not to skip it.
Then you'll move on to circuit #1 that will contain a main lift. These exercises are important so they will be in a circuit by their own.
Circuits #2 and #3 are super sets, where you will alternate between 2 exercises for 3 sets. You will rest 60 seconds in between them.
In this phase, you will have 🔥workout finishers at the end of each workout.
These workout finishers will take you less than 10 minutes to complete. They are optional but they will ignite your metabolism and keep you burning fat for hours after the workout is over. Not to mention, they will also improve your conditioning levels.
Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8)
These 4 weeks will have a similar format but instead of super sets, you will have tri-sets where you will perform 3 exercises back to back without rest. You will rest 90 seconds after the 3rd exercise.
These tri-sets will not only help build muscle but they will boost your endurance as well. I didn't add workout finishers in this phase because these tri-sets will definitely get you working hard and will burn tons of calories.
Tri-sets provide exceptional benefit if you're struggling to bring up the size and strength of a lagging body part or muscle group.

This is for someone that wants to build new muscle and improve conditioning levels. The main goal of this training plan is to build muscle, then to improve fat loss.
