🔥The HIIT Workouts

You're going to need to time yourself for these workouts. Use your phone or a smart watch to keep track of the time it takes you to complete 5 rounds. 

Your goal is to complete the HIIT workouts with a better time each time you revisit them. By better I mean complete the 5 rounds in less time (using the same weights).

Of course, you need to keep in mind your form. Don't do sloppy reps just to complete the workout faster.
