Digital Download Option


If you select the Digital Download Only option you will receive a zip file with 2 files: A PDF and a high resolution (300 dpi) JPEG. Both will have the dimensions of 18" by 24" inches.


NOTE: If you select this option nothing will be shipped to you.


Both of these file formats can be used for you to print the poster yourself. This of course will depend on the printer, printing shop or service you use.


If you are using a PC computer - you will need to have an "unzipping" program downloaded. There are many free options and very easy to use. If you are using a Mac, it'll unzip the files automatically.

Great Guide!

I love how all of JL's guides are broken down by body part, making it easy to just follow per day or customize my own workout. My long work days don't allow me to go to the gym anymore, this is just what I needed to work out at home. Thank you Juan!

I purchased the dumbbell training poster and it is excellent. easy to follow for beginners but also contains exercises for intermediate and expert level training.List all the top push/pull exercises to get a complete workout.JL did his homework!!!
