📌Circuit 1: Lower Body + Upper Body + Conditioning + Core
Do 10 reps of each exercise with very little rest in between. Complete 3x.

Do 10 reps of each exercise with very little rest in between. Complete 3x.

How long does the shipping take?
Posters are made to order, so please allow 1-2 days to print and another 5-7 days to receive your item. In some cases, you will receive your poster(s) sooner.
What is the difference between the digital variation and the physical ones?
The digital variation or download is simply a digital file. If you select this option, nothing will be shipped to you. You simply download the file and you print it either at home or at a local print shop. The JPG has a high resolution of 300 dpi suitable for printing.
The physical variations will be printed and shipped to you.
