🔥The HIIT Workouts
You're going to need to time yourself for these workouts. Use your phone or a smart watch to keep track of the time it takes you to complete 5 rounds.
Your goal is to complete the HIIT workouts with a better time each time you revisit them. By better I mean complete the 5 rounds in less time (using the same weights).
Of course, you need to keep in mind your form. Don't do sloppy reps just to complete the workout faster.
There are 10 HIIT workouts to do.
📝The Standard Workout Log
I made the standard workout log for you to keep track of important things like:
- Mood (before and after training)
- Cardio: Intensity and duration
- Calories that you burned
- A note area so that you can write down important observations
Barbells are the kings of heavy lifts. They are by far the best tool to increase strength. Here are the movements that you will be able to track:
- Front Squats
- Sumo Deadlifts
- Overhead Press
- Bench Press
More lifts will be added soon
📝Super set and Tri-set Circuits
Super sets and Tri-sets are absolutely useful training systems that you should incorporate from time to time. They are good for both fat loss and resistance training workouts.
I created these two training logs in addition to The Standard Workout Log so that you can better compartmentalize the exercises.
For one, you can reprint any of these logs to your heart's desire.
I created these workout logs so that you can keep track of your progress. Keeping track of your workouts not only keeps you accountable, but it also challenges you to get better.
For some, printable logs can also offer less distraction than entering info on their phones.
